Our blog is up and running again!! We took a little blog vacation but we are back. We went for a hike on Monday up the canyon which was a lot of fun. Being from the West Coast I sometimes get homesick because of the lack of trees and... well, if you from the west you know what I mean, so living only minutes away from a beautiful forest is definitely a bonus! It was a very nice day, but it was a little cooler than we had planned. When we drove up to the trail head there was the cutest little cat that welcomed us. He followed us all the way there and back. He would ran up ahead and crouch down behind trees and rocks and wait for us to walk past. I really wanted to take him home with us!

Mya is almost 8 months now and her personality is only getting stronger, she definitely has a mind of her own! She now can pull herself up all on her own, perhaps we need to adjust the the mattress in her crib. She has started to eat actual food and she loves her baby food. She squeals and smiles when she sees it!! She used to roll to get wherever she wanted but now she has somewhat figured out how to crawl. I think it looks more like she is doing the worm but at least she's movin!

You're going to need to lower the mattress down soon so she can't get climb out.

Hey! Mya is so adorable... We have been in Utah for a little while now and will be here until the end of the year. I would love to hang out with you sometime and have our little gals get together too. Give me a call sometime so we can make plans!
